Hi there, everthing great thanks, not been out a lot to be honest, work and family keeping me busy, went up to carron valley a few weeks ago, first time on the Runaway since its been re-done! Last Sunday we went to the bmx track, thats been re-done as well, its a lot better now. Hows tricks with yourself? You been out much?

Hiya, nae, didnt manage it, hoping to finish work early on Friday so hopfully go then, failing that i,m off Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday next week so will defo go then maybe even squeeze a Glentress visit! How about yourself did you manage out?

Nope, you can ride it all on a hardtail or full sus, smooth trails and all jumps are avoidable, there is also trails with no jumps. I gave up the hucking along time ago yet Cambu is one of my faves to ride still.

Ahhhh sweeet, What about Moffit? he is more into his xc now though Frown Murray is from Cumbernauld and he is a downhiller. Have you ever been up Cambu? It's awesome funRazz
